What made us
choose Hüper

visible light
reflectance and the
high amount of
visible light
admitted.

Task:
To protect the
valuables and interior of the
home from fading. To reduce the total solar heat
and common hot spots resulting from the sun's
harmful rays. To maintain high visibility through
the windows both day and night while
preserving the aesthetics of an award-winning
house.
Solution:
Hüper Optik®
Ceramic 40 cut out more than
99.9% of the UV rays responsible for fading,
while also rejecting 55% of the total solar heat,
lowering utility bills and allowing for more comfortable
living. This, combined with the ceramic
non-reflective look of the windows, provided the
perfect solution in maintaining the aesthetics of
the home while protecting it from the sun's
harmful rays. |
Result:
Mr. Oria of Missouri
City, the owner of a house
featured in the highly acclaimed Street of
Dreams show, says, "When we decided to install
film on our house, we were looking to decrease
solar input and reduce the UV degradation of
our valuables. What made us choose Hüper
Optik® window films was the low visible light
reflectance and the high amount of visible light
admitted. Other films with the same level of
heat rejection would have made the glass
appear to look like aluminum foil, ruining the
aesthetics of this original design and darkening
the interior. Hüper Optik® did neither of those
things and also did not obstruct the view from
either side of the glass. We feel as though we
have gained all the comforts of a solar control
device - without the disadvantages - with Hüper
Optik® films." |
